It sounds like you're referring to the currency_options you've defined for each Price, but please let me know if I'm mistaken. You cannot search or filter results based on that field, instead you will likely need to add your own logic on your end to ignore the results that you don't want to do anything with.

This is how we set up the price. Our thinking is: passing a currency to that endpoint would retrieve the price for the given currency. Instead it always returns EUR

Yeah, that's currency_options I'm pretty sure. You should be able to retrieve that Price object and confirm that's what you're seeing. It's not currently possible to filter on those currency options.
