Can you explain why it failed two times, but then seems like the user add the same card as a new card and it was correctly charged?
The first two attempts were failed were due to insufficient fund in customer's card. The failure reasons can be found here:

It was likely that the customer topped up his bank account before the third attempt
Hey @last badger But It seems like the user change payment method for the SAME CARD
and then it worked.
Cus there's TWO instances of same card Added to the user profile.
This is the expected behaviour? Is not related to the user re-adding the same card?
This is not related to adding the same card. The issue was with the balance in the customer's bank account. On the same card, the balance wasn't enough to debit in the first two attempts. Only on the third attempt, customer's bank account then has enough balance.
