Hi, what does 'can connected users get charged' mean?

@summer gate overall, my lead engineer wants to know how do we charge our users our internal transaction fee on strike basically when we tried it it said that the fee for the transaction that we charge was incomplete on our dashboard… so can custom and or connect account be charged a fee on our behalf as a company basically we charge a dollar transaction fee every time I user send money from Wallet​ to Wallet​. How can we enable this on the back and using stripes API’s

Do you know which kind of connect accounts you're working with (standard, express, custom)?
