Hi there! I'm not sure if this is possible to customize using your Checkout Session create code

Right, looks like this isn't possible to do with Checkout. Your customers are essentially "stuck" on the voucher page
One thing you can do is listen for checkout.session.completed events. When you receive this event, this essentially tells you that a customer has successfully generated the OXXO voucher. When you receive this event, you can send a follow-up email to your customer with any subsequent instructions
