Yeah so what you're seeing is expected - the Invoice assocaited with that Payment Intent hasn't been paid or attempted to be paid yet, so it's in a state where it's still waiting on the Payment Method

This implies that the payment may have been made on the customer's end but for some reason it could not be captured with Stripe.
I am not sure what to follow, sorry ๐
The client said they made the payment.
As far as I can tell there has never been any payment attempts on that Invoice at all - it could be that your client made payment through a different invoice, but it definitely wasn't on pi_3Ow403E3iElBPHaX1DtGAT7t

I'd also recommend re-sending the invoice to them just to be sure they got it https://docs.stripe.com/api/invoices/send
I sent them a PDF version of the invoice, I am pretty sure they received it ๐ฅบ
gotcha - then yeah, I'd just double check with them and ask them for details on how exactly/when they paid
