Gotcha, I thought that was the modal but wans't 100% sure. I am not able to recreate this at the moment. Can you check your developer console to see if any errors pop up?

Could this have been a transient issue related to the Stripe service?

Or do you expect this to have been a weird configuration error on our end?

I think it is more likely a transient issue in test mode on our end, especially if it started working again without you changing any code.
