Hmm that is odd. That likely means there is some sort of CORS or security policy on your site that is preventing the iframe from displaying the 3DS content. You don't happen to be able to reproduce this or have a customer who opeend up their Console logs when this happened do you?

No, unfortunately not.
But I process thousands of transactions a day and I get rare reports of this so I doubt it's my site setup

Interesting, in that case it is likely a browser issue on the customer's end. Like they have an extension that is messing with the iframe.
To be clear, the error you see there does not come from us.
What I'd recommend is having the next customer that experiences this try in an incognito window and see if they still get the same issue.
