Hi, there is not an out of the box UI that allows you to surface how much usage they have left to use. However, we do surface the usage in the portal once the usage record is created.

I had to test this, and I can see that using the customer Portal, if you have recorded the usage an "estimated payment" based on current usage would surface.
On how much is left, if you have some sort of limit here, you would need to create a separate UI to surface that.
