Hello

#

The Product name and description is what will appear on Invoices for the line items

Hey there. I need a dynamic description per line item. For example, the product could appear on the invoice 20 times, but with different prices and descriptions.

In that case you would need to use a different Product for each one.

#

You can't set these line item descriptions via the Subscriptions API -- it is taken based on the Product

hmm. Any other solutions to this problem?

Basically we need to charge our customers for different things like...

  • ProductA: $1200 Description: 123 First Street
  • ProductA: $1600 Description: 540 Second Street
  • ProductA: $10,00 Description: 350 Third Street

That way when the customer recieves the invoice, they can reconcile their books to associate the line items to specific customers in their books.
