hello! I believe Apple Pay won't show if you use setup_future_usage

When I set payment_intent_data.setup_future_usage, Apple Pay doesn't show.
But when I setpayment_method_options.card.setup_future_usage, Apple Pay shows. 🤔

Thanks for sharing! Apple Pay should not be surfaced in any payment session with s_f_u. This was likely missed in the rollout, so you shoudn't rely on it as we'll fix it imminently
