No, at the moment the new ACH flow is only supported for US-based Stripe accounts. A non-US standard connect account would not work

Gotcha thanks, is there a private beta out or have you heard of any talks about introducing ACHs between US and Canadian users?

As far as I know it isn't on the roadmap, but you can try writing into support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) and request that they notify you when there's any news
