We're using Stripe Billing with prorated charges, and basically one of these quarters the customer was only charged a really small amount ($0.01). But they're invoiced so paying by bank transfer.

I thought maybe since the amount is so small it would get applied to the balance as a debit, just like with credit card charges, and no charge would occur. But instead Stripe is giving an error
