Given the version of the API that you're using, the PaymentIntent is created with card support only. If you want to use AU Becs Debit, you'll need to use automatic_payment_methods.enabled: true (if you configure payment methods via the Dashboard) or you'll need to explicitly list the payment method types you want to support (as values of payment_method_types)
