Can you give me a bit more details about what you see, what you are doing, where that call fails, etc.?
looking around while I wait for more info I don't see this happening at all today in Test mode on your account and the seti_123 you gave is in Test mode
We need to setup payment card for future use. We're using Stipe.js CardElement and SetupIntents. As well we are using confirmCardSetup which previosly worked perfectly for us. But right now it started returning an error. Error code from a response "setup_intent_authentication_failure". I'm using this card for test "4000002760003184"
I'm not seeing any such error on your account in Test mode though. The 400 you mentioned when you opened this thread, what's the exact req_123
where did you share? Right now you just gave 2 pictures
req_eY9NGTnpN9KZN2 - request id from the screenshot
perfect thanks, looking
thick_3d2-failure
ah wait you had the same error twice in parallel and I mixed up my ids
looking at that test mode on specifically
let me check. give 2 sec
Checked. Looks like I'm sending correct card. As on a screenshot above
Looking further, that card works fine on my own account at least. Do you have a public URL where I can reproduce?
I can try to setup ngrok endpoint, but it may take some time
all good, looking in the meantime
@hybrid lotus looks to be something maybe on your account. You will have to ask our support team for further help: https://support.stripe.com/contact
Ok, what should I tell them?
In which direction should we look?
We're are loosing customers due to this error
I can't really tell you much. Share the exact request you shared with me and say you have something happening on your account that makes 3DS2 fail and support or your Stripe point of contact will be able to help
Ok, I will try get to the Stripe support and see what they will answer
