Hi koopajah ๐
@fringe locust you can disable it here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods there's a Link in Checkout section
Could it be that I do not have access to that part of the settings?
I highly recommend keeping this up though. Link is a great way to improve conversion from your customers paying. Obviously I am biased I work for Stripe, but still really think you should keep it
koopajah... We will reconsider it.
hm, I have disabled "Link in the Payment Element, Checkout, and Express Checkout Element" but it still appears on the checkout page.
I still see "Securely save my information for 1-click checkout
Enter your phone number to create a Link account and pay faster on test and everywhere Link is accepted."
Did you disable it in the right "mode"? Like if you are testing in Test mode you have to disable it in Test mode
both test and non-test mode / do I have to submit feedback before it is applied?
No you shouldn't. Can you share and exact URL where I can check? Did you create a brand new one after changing the setting(s)?
ah you're a platform using Stripe Connect and Direct Charges. It uses the setting for every individual connected account, not your own
You can configure that on https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods/connected_accounts which is where it applies default settings to all your connected accounts instead
those are set to
Inherit default (Off)
oh wait, what menu do I have to use to access settings for connected accounts?
