The BIN isn't exposed publicly by default. Your account needs to get reviewed/approved for that feature so you will want to write into our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login to request access to it.

When you pass the PaymentMethod to your server you can retrieve it there and see the BIN as a property
