Apologies for the delay, I'll be with you as soon as I can.
Hi @surreal horizon can you tell me a bit more about the annotation you're referring to removing? If you're referring to something we show in the Invoice's PDF or one of our hosted UIs, then I suspect it can't be but can double check that for you.
hello @steel merlin
thanks for reaching out
the note just under the product name
on both side
pdf & hosted
we'd like to remove the period
the highlighted line
Gotcha, as far as I'm aware it is not possible to suppress that line in our UI and PDFs.
thanks for your response
is it possible to keep the "from" date & remove the "to" date ?
in this example : remove "- 15 avr. 2024"
No, that line isn't adjustable
Can you tell me more about what you're trying to accomplish? Maybe there's a better route for it.
okay thanks
some clients, when they cancel their subscriptions asks us for a refund because of the period written on the invoice
but the subscription covers the calendar month
even if the debit is made on the 15th
is it possible to write the current month : from 1st day to the last day
No it's not, our Invoices contain the billing period that they're charging for, they can't currently be forced to show something different. It sounds like that may not be aligned with the billing period on your side though.
yes exactly !
but i cant find a way to set the billing date & subscription period
a lot of clients asks us to be billed on a specific date
This doc discusses how to do that for new and existing Subscriptions
https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/billing-cycle
this way we can not keep the billing date on an other day
if we want the invoice pdf to mention from 1st march to 31th march we can not charge our customer on the 15th march
Correct
