Hi there, I can only support if you have a direct integration with Stripe. If you have questions related to a 3rd-party plugin, I'd suggest you to reach out to the plugin developer directly.
Hi, Jack. I can use the API to make calls to Stripe; can you help me figure out how to get the btri_ transfers? I can't find any info about it. The search here on Discord shows only 2 with a similiar mention and nothing to go on
What is "btri_ transfers" ?
It's apparently a Balance Transfer Inbound
Something I think is done by Stripe automatically to cover future disputes or refunds
I have a payout ID where you can see it, for the customer (REEL) I am working with
Would that be of interest?
Ok, so you want to list all balance transaction with type = balance_transfer_inbound ?
https://docs.stripe.com/api/balance_transactions/list you can use this API by specifing the payout ID and type.
Complete reference documentation for the Stripe API. Includes code snippets and examples for our Python, Java, PHP, Node.js, Go, Ruby, and .NET libraries.
Yes, though according to a hit on the search here in Discord, someone said that that wasn't an actual balance transaction
Which explains why I am having a hard time finding it
Looks like mitcheroo was having this problem on 01/11/2023 - but I can't see that he figured out how to deal with it. I'll have to re-read that stuff a bit
