Yeah unfortunately that's just a limit to the customer portal at the moment

If you need tighter control there, you'd need to build your own ui

Got it. Is there any way to prevent showing the button at the end of a Customer Portal subscription_update_confirm deep link session that says "Back to my account", which takes them to the main Customer Portal screen? That would solve the problem too

I don't believe so. Can you share a screenshot of the button you're referring to? It's been a little bit since I've seen the customer portal ui
