I want to attach a payment method of previous customer which is already in use. for new customer.
No you can't

You need to collect again that payment method if you want to attach it to a new customer object

ho ok. Actually My organization is works on role based. Admin can only access subscription managment . so admin might no of users. in that i want to provide access to payment with existing card for no of users. can you give me any work around for it
