Thank you! Sure. My understanding of the requirement is, before invoking a third party API in the stripe app, i want to validate if the user is a Stripe Admin.

This is not a Stripe connect account, so it's just one user.

#

And that's the Admin. I believe this requirement is given thinking about future expectation of multiple connected accounts.

I don't think you can grant url access to your app based on a User role https://docs.stripe.com/stripe-apps/build-ui#use-third-party-apis
