Yes, we want to integrate Subscription with 15 days trial and it should not ask user about payment but after trial is over user should see a page to enter the card details and pay to use the application further. Which API to use to achive this goal?

You can use Stripe Checkout for this. Firstly you create a Checkout Session without collecting the payment method following this guide:
https://docs.stripe.com/payments/checkout/free-trials
Then you follow step 2 in that guide in oder to ask the customer to fill their payment method

After the Subscription is created, you can achieve this using the Dashboard or the APIs:

when trial period is over, webhook event will send us stripe payment page link which we need to show user to capture a payment or we need to create our page to render Stripe Payment Form with JS and post to Stripe?

The webhook event is just for updating the status and notify your integration
So yes you can invite the customer to your webpage and ask them to complete their payment
or you can configure Stripe Emailing from your dashboard
And Stripe will send the customer an email automatically and ask them to enter their card details.
