After a payment is completed on a Payment link, a checkout.session.completed event will be sent. Customer Tax ID can be retrieved from customer_details.tax_ids of the event: https://docs.stripe.com/tax/checkout/tax-ids#retrieving-details

A Payment Link will create a Checkout Session automatically after making a payment. The information can be retrieved via Checkout Session API as well: https://docs.stripe.com/api/checkout/sessions/retrieve
