Hello, yes unfortunately the recipient service agreement is only available for cross border situations. Looking in to the base question of whether US accounts can create US connected accounts with only transfers and will get back to you
Okay, I'll wait. Thank you
I was just able to do this with a full TOS. If you try again without specifying the recipient TOS does that call succeed?
if I omit the TOS part, I get this message : "Your platform needs approval for accounts to have requested the transfers capability without the card_payments capability. If you would like to request transfers without card_payments, please contact our Support Team"
But when I contact them, they say you need to resolve this with API and I don't know what can I do ๐
Did they have a specific API suggestion? I think that support person may have been confused. This is an internal designation on your platform that you cannot change via the API
But that the support team should be able to change
They are reffering to this documentation: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/account-capabilities#requesting-unrequesting
But this is not going to work
The funny thing is that I am doing this same scenario on another application, but using older version of the API
Yeah, they were wrong about that suggestion. Sorry about the confusion here. I hate to redirect you again but you should push on the support team again about this. The issue isn't your API integration, it is that internal setting on your platform. Once that setting is changed, your code here will work.
