no. This is US based platform and we accept only payments from USA
and why you don't want your connect accounts to have the card_payment capability?
is this related to Recipient service agreement https://docs.stripe.com/connect/service-agreement-types#recipient ?
Because that is changing the onboarding experience for my customers. I already have one app, working with the old api and it is working fine.
My customers are used to that onboarding experience.
Now if I add that, the onboarding is different it asks for more questions
