Hi there! Just to be sure, you mentioned test clocks but I don't see a test clock in play here.
Ah, I think there's a misunderstanding here.
It's not possible to "attach" a test clock to an existing Customer. You'll need to create a test clock, then create a up to three Customers within that test clock. Each of those three Customers can have up to three Subscriptions
Currently, sub_1Ote0gK0DrtxRERSZDvvXlmC is for a Customer that is not managed/owned by a test clock so there's no way to simulate advancing time for this subscription
