So those are sent through the platform webhooks? Is there anything I need to account for? Will transfers always be enabled at that point as long as I've requested them via the capabilities when onboarding?
These would be generated on the connected accounts. So you'd need to create a connect type webhook endpoint to receive connected account events.

Once the connected account has completed onboarding and outstanding requirements, the transfers would be enabled.
Just requesting them won't enable them
