@fading bison Just to be clear, you're using PaymentLinks and you have allowed customers to provide a Promo Code when checking out. Is that correct?

@fading bison One thing to keep in mind here is that PaymentLinks for one-time payments will not create a Customer object. This means you can't really tie the use of a promo code to a specific customer/individual. When a customer pays via a PaymentLink, you will receive a checkout.session.completed event. This event won't include the promo code they used but it will note whether there was a discounted amount.
