hi! you use https://docs.stripe.com/api/subscriptions/update#update_subscription-items-deleted

i.e you update and pass items:[{id:"si_xxx", deleted:true}] to remove a specific item

https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/upgrade-downgrade#:~:text=Alternatively%2C you can delete the current subscription item and create a new subscription item with the updated price.

it is not necessary to send all the items on the items property right, just the one that needs to be deleted. Correct?
