It looks like that customer completed checkout initially at 3/11/24 3:48am (evt_1Ot6PRCAMZtSw1NM7KkrRw9L), but nothing mentioned about trial in the events. Then they had a billing portal session, and then i see a charge of $9.99 a few minutes later. And then it it's until that point where i see a mention of a trial (evt_1Ot6clCAMZtSw1NMtL2CbIZT)
