I'm not sure I'm grasping what that last message means, do you have more speicific examples? I believe the remaining part of the error message you shared also suggested reaching out to our Support team.

I want to say that I am using this same api call on other projects, same stripe version, and it is working. Now for another client, this is the error that I got.
