Hello! Do you have an example Payment Intent that didn't work with the physical test card?

It shows just "cancelled" because the app doesn't receive any error status from the terminal when this happens
Do you also have the terminal reader serial number you were testing with?

Hmm... I'm not seeing anything immediately obvious on my end that would explain why this isn't working. This is the second test card you're trying right?
Yes, the first pair we ordered - reader+card did the same thing. We spoke with someone on discord, they suggested the card was faulty. But this is the second one already
The only thing I can think of is that there must've been a bad batch of test cards - I'd suggest reengaging with support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) and flagging that you've gotten multiple test cards that seem to be broken so they can take a closer look
