yeah that's a private feature your account needs access to.

yeah its a invite only feature but we were told that we can enable it in our settings? and I thought because we can create verifcations with those selfie checks that we had enabled it

if you have multiple accounts you probably only have it enabled on one of them and not on the one you're making the API call from, you'd need to reach out to support to get that cleared up and the feature enabled on the accounts you're actually using to call the API
