hrm, if i recall correctly, the PayPal fees are paid directly via your PayPal account and not deducted by Stripe. We reflect it in the Dashboard for easy reference. I think you can try checking if you're able to find the corresponding PayPal fees from the report mentioned in https://docs.stripe.com/payments/paypal#reporting

if you can find the PayPal fees there, you can pull reports via the API to be processed : https://docs.stripe.com/reports/api

Please expose paypal fees (and other gateway fees) on the Charge API as well

I understand that Stripe doesn't charge these fees and they don't impact the Stripe Balance

However we still want to access these fees to create custom reports
