https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment_methods/customer_list the API doc doesn't mention in what order are the payment methods returned. If the order is very important to you, after retrieving the paymen method list, you can order them by yourself before returning to your client.

No, that's the option to filter by created date, no order by created date.
