Yes, that's the request ID.

If you open the request log, you can see that routing_number is missing in the request.

Yes, but I live in Brazil and I want to register Brazilian accounts, but here in Brazil, the banks don't have this routing number, so what could I do to replace them?

you might want to check with the bank and see if there's another country-appropriate institution number for the bank account
