Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. We help many users simultaneously, so a summary allows us to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Hello! Looking... this might be a documentation issue...

#

I think this is a documentation problem. I don't know of and can't find a global default setting you can change. If you want this set to true I recommend you explicitly set it to true when creating the account.

oooh okay! Actually I'd like to explicitly set this to false. So I'm wondering if I need to explicitly pass false or if it's default behaviour

wide dirge
#

I would explicitly pass what you want regardless... I'm seeing different behavior on my account, so it seems like there's something impacting it.

#

Could be API version, although it's not listed in the changes...

#

Yeah that's fair, I'll pass it explicitly so there's no question. Thanks for testing it ou on your end. I'm glad I asked since there's different behaviour for the both of us ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

#

Just so I'm extra clear - debit_negative_balances == false means Stripe will not automatically withdraw from the connected bank account, correct?

wide dirge
#

Correct.

Excellent, thank you!
