You need to get it from the balance transaction. So to get that, you'll need to grab the payment intent's associated charge: https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment_intents/object#payment_intent_object-latest_charge. That will have the balance transaction: https://docs.stripe.com/api/charges/object#charge_object-balance_transaction. The balance transaction has fee info: https://docs.stripe.com/api/balance_transactions/object
