Are you going to transfer funds at the time of payment from your customer? And is this a 1-1 relationship? Or are you trying to transfer to multiple Connected Accounts after receiving a payment?

I am going to transfer after some time not instantly, but that's a seperate thing which is not an issue for me right now.

Okay if it isn't instantly then yes you want to use the Transfers API. You would follow https://stripe.com/docs/connect/charges-transfers

You should use Webhooks for fulfillment, yes. But that is kind of separate from this part of the process. https://docs.stripe.com/webhooks explains how Webhooks work -- you will want to use them to know when you receive a payment and kick off your processes for things like initiating a Transfer later.
