You can alawys call Stripe APis and fetch data

You should be using your own database for your business case

for example to store/Track additional features that Stripe doesn't provide for example...

but if i made more than 100 calls in a second will it cause rate limit?

yes i've read that but for best practices, should i use stripe's webhook to store the details in my database?

but the problem now is i've to keep my database & stipe's data in sync

No, You don't need to store all Stripe Data in your own database. But you use your own database when you need
