Hi, have you looked at the Billing setting page in Dashboard
Yes, but I do not see a setting to turn off receipts that are being sent to customers after every subscription renewal payment.
At the successful payment section what options do you see?
I do not see that section. I am going to Settings > Billing and then looking at the tabs titled 'Subscriptions and emails' and 'Invoice Settings'

Okie. The receipt you are referring to, is it the Charge receipt or Invoice receipt

We would like to keep charge receipts and have them continue to be sent to customers. We just want to turn off invoice receipts.
Perhaps we need to Turn off Payments > Successful payments on https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/emails
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
and then set receipt_email. for all charges
Um that settings is for the Charge receipt IIRC. So turning it off probably doesn't mean it won't send email receipt

Are you saying the setting in the screenshot does not affect invoice receipts from automatic renewal payemnts?
I think so, but it's best to reach out to Support team to confirm
