I'm afraid that Google Pay and Apple Pay are not availble in India and I don't know if there's a way for your to access them from India.

Thanks @vital pike for your response. Can you please confirm once with them who knows about this or is it possible for me can create a new account based on supported countries will I be able to access this method?

Or what if I use a proxy to access those payment methods?

It would be helpful if you've any alternative solution to access Apple Pay & Google Pay via India.

I'm afraid that Apple Pay & Google Pay aren't available to customers in India as well. So as long as you are in India, having a non-Indian account won't be much of help to you.
