I just need a test account that have a subscription that is in a dunning state

I recommend using Test Clocks and working with the card ending in 4000000000000341 or pm_card_chargeCustomerFail
So you can create a subscription and pay with test card 4242424242424242, then advance the test clock and add one of the cards above to the customer as their default card, then advance the test clock again to trigger a renewal charge, which will fail
