I'm getting the impression that the authorization for that intent hasn't expired yet, I'm trying to locate an occurrence of the error you referred to.
I think I see what's going on, and I think this is something our teams are going to need to dig into.

The uncaptured payment was made on 26/02/2024, 21:44:51, which is > 7 days.

I've flagged it to them, and will escalate if I don't hear back from them in a reasonable time.
