Without any reason stripe is acquiring 3dd

It's not only Stripe is asking for 3DS. It's your issuer bank does, and in the case Stripe need to comply. As a customer you can ask your own bank to see if they can turn if off. As a merchant, you can't stop all of your customer issuer bank to do 3DS
