@graceful ledge did you sign up for Stripe connect as recommended in that error message?
Hi. to be honest I'm using our client's account I joined their account as a collaborator. This is not a personal project I work in a development company we offer dev services so I'm not sure if they did that
how can I check that?
Since you get that error it means they did not. So the next step is to ask them to do that
scene_connect-error
ok good, how can they do that?
