@soft monolith I'd recommend working with our support team on this not us. Looks like you have already been in discussion about this for a while so please follow up on the "case" you likely already have
Okay, I'm just trying here because the support team has been singularly unhelpful and I suspect a code/development issue is the problem.
If you get a clear error in the UI that says the account is locked then it's unlijely to be a coding error
Okay, we are getting that. Just making sure the bases are covered as te onboarding component integration with these new verification requirements has been a bit rough. Thanks.
