Hi! you need to contact Shopify about that, they control the payment page and what payment methods can be offered there.
For Apple Pay, do not follow Stripe's instructions. Follow Shopify's instructions and ask their support for help.
Our instructions are for direct Stripe merchants writing their own code and integrations.
Perfect will do that! Will contact them directly. Did I share a private ID? I didn’t know everybody could see it
no nothing you shared was sensitive/inappropriate to share
Okay good. So when I contact Shopify, they will add the methods ?
Or is this the first time hearing this for you
I don't know, they're a different company and I don't much about how they work
Hi!
Can you help me again? I just contacted shopify, but they cant change it
So I need to add everything to shopify by hand, but thats not how I want it, since im using stripe
Is it also possible to checkout via adding a api key?
@mental sigil
? :))
Not sure what you mean specifically by this
If you're using Shopify, then you don't build/control your Stripe integration
What do you mean exactly ?
I just want to add stripe to my payment methods for my website
And you're using Shopify, yes?
True
But I can’t connect it via Shopify, because then I can only use 4 methods
And I want to use Klarna etc, but that’s then not possible
Then you'll need to build your own, non-Shopify integration
Okay, and do you have some help pages/ a good video from that for me?
Because i literally have 0 experience with that haha
If you've no technical/developer experience then you'll likely find it tough: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/accept-a-payment
