Apologies for resubmitting this - last thread appeared to get locked?
I'm on the 2022 API, if it helps.
If you're using a plugin to communicate with Stripe you should talk to the plugin developer, since we don't know how it works.
I appreciate that, and I have reached out to them separately but as the plugin code (or site code) has not changed, the only thing that could have changed feels like the API? Was there an update at all?

If the error is on Stripe side, the plugin developer will need reach out to us, since they would be able provide the details that we need to investigate the problem. For example, the loading state doesn't come from Stripe, so I don't know what it means, if it's an error or just the request takes longer to respond. Does it come from your code, or plugin's?
But yes, I am able to reproduce the issue on your staging site.
