Thanks, praying that we can get to the bottom of this together.

I help manage a site for a friend: https://www.minimagoos.co.uk - I installed a wordpress plugin for her called WCFM, that takes a payment to one stripe account, then immediately pushes out the net Tx amount (transaction - fees) to a connected account, depending on the product purchased.

I have two payment methods running right now in test:

  1. The standard Woocommerce Stripe payment. This works.

  2. The 'stripe split pay' that the WCFM facilitates.

I get /v1/tokens logs in the stripe dashboard, but no error messages anywhere to indicate what might have gone wrong.

I know this isn't site/server side as I have a staging version of the site, that has not been updated or used for 9 months that is failing in the same way - the problem must be with the API, surely

Hello! Have you spoken with WCFM about this and do you have more details about what specifically isn't working? are you seeing an error message?
